UNDERSTANDING MEMORY LOSS & DEMENTIA

This general information session is about memory loss, dementia and the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease. The program will give a basic overview of the disease and its progression, including some tips and strategies for interacting with people with dementia. There will be numerous handouts and pamphlets.

Participants will also learn about the services of the Alzheimer’s Association. This class is for the general

public, family member caregivers, and professionals who work in the field of Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

Bring your own brown bag lunch.
