Definitions
	BLS Base	This is the base charge for any care that is a Basic Life Support call (BLS).
	ALS Base	This is the base charge for any care that is considered a higher level of intervention, an Advanced Life Support
		Call (ALS).
	ALS II Base	This is the base charge for any care that is considered a higher level of intervention than an ALS call,
		an Advanced Life Support II (ALS II).
	Specialty Care	This is the base charge where extra staffing or extra equipment is necessary to maintain the condition of the
		patient on a transfer from St. Vincent to a higher level of care.
	Mileage	This is the charge per mile for "patient loaded" miles.  The patient is not charged for miles from the hospital
		to the point of patient contact, nor is the patient charged for the ambulance return trip when the patient has
		been transferred to a higher level of care.
	Other	This is the charge per hour per crew member for any entity requesting an EMT for Special Events.
		All Special Events are at the approval and discretion of hospital administration.
	Ambulance	This is the charge per 8 hour day for any entity requesting a stand-by ambulance for Special Events.  All Special
		Events are at the approval and discretion of hospital administration and does not include emergent tranportation
		to the hospital.
